Our current focus includes deploying AI agents across the College of Medicine—a initiative poised to boost productivity and redefine how our community approaches challenges.

Led by Dr. Jamie Fairclough (Unit Director), our multidisciplinary team includes Hari Mudipalli (Data Scientist & Engineer), Mahtab Milburn (Biomedical Data Scientist), and Souritya Saha (Data Analyst & Engineer). Together, we combine technical rigor with a deep understanding of medical contexts to deliver solutions that matter.

Hari Mudipalli, MS | Data Scientist

Hari MudipalliI am a Data Scientist at Roseman University College of Medicine’s Data Science and Engineering Unit, where I specialize in data analytics, data engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. My role allows me to leverage data to drive innovation and support informed decision-making.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington. With four years of experience in the data science and machine learning domain, I am driven by curiosity, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to growth and punctuality.

When I’m not immersed in data, I enjoy playing cricket. I’m proud to represent SinCity Strikers in Las Vegas, United in Los Angeles, and Las Vegas Cricket Club in Arizona.

Souritya Saha, MS | Data Analyst

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MIT Pune and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Fordham University, New York. Currently, I’m working as a Data Analyst at Roseman College of Medicine, where I support the Data Science & Engineering Unit by analyzing research and assessment data to provide actionable insights. With expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced statistical techniques, I help drive evidence-based decisions and improve operational efficiency. I have a strong background in business intelligence, market analysis, and process optimization, and I’ve also gained experience teaching programming and managing academic records. Additionally, I’m an active member of Toastmasters International, where I’ve held leadership roles, helping me further enhance my communication and leadership skills.

Mahtab Milburn, MBS, BS | Biomedical Data Scientist

I am a Biomedical Data Scientist at Roseman University College of Medicine, specializing in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. My work focuses on leveraging data to enhance healthcare outcomes, optimize research methodologies, and support informed decision-making. My educational background comprises a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science, complemented by postgraduate training in Data Science, AI/ML, Linear Algebra for Machine

Learning, and Applied Bioinformatics. I am passionate about the intersection of data and healthcare, constantly exploring innovative solutions to improve patient care and research efficiency. Beyond my professional role, I actively contribute to global professional networks. I serve as an Ambassador for Women in Data Science at Stanford University and as a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, reflecting my commitment to fostering diversity, knowledge-sharing, and leadership within the data science community. In my free time, I enjoy weight-lifting, reading, and hiking with my Great Dane and Golden Retriever.
