At Roseman, we place a high emphasis on providing quality education.
“As soon as I stepped into the innovative classroom and learned about the Six-Point Mastery Learning Model®, I couldn't wait to join the team and start teaching with these techniques.”

I still remember my interview day at Roseman University, over 10 years ago. I was immediately struck by the warmth and camaraderie of the faculty, staff, and students. It felt like a family, and I knew right then that this was the place where I would grow both professionally and personally. As soon as I stepped into the innovative classroom and learned about the Six-Point Mastery Learning Model®, I couldn’t wait to join the team and start teaching with these techniques.
One of my favorite aspects of the employee culture at Roseman is the strong sense of collaboration and teamwork. Every day, I love interacting with the staff and faculty, and honestly, some of my best friends are my coworkers here at the university. It’s such a fulfilling environment to be a part of.
The most rewarding part of my job, however, is the interactions I have with our students. At Roseman, we place a high emphasis on providing quality education, and I truly believe that my success as a faculty member is directly tied to our students’ success. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help them grow academically and professionally. As an advisor and mentor, I get to support their journey beyond the classroom as well. The best days are when alumni reach out to update me on their latest achievements, whether it’s securing a spot in their dream PGY-2 program, becoming board-certified in their specialty, or advancing at prestigious institutions like MD Anderson.
One of my most memorable experiences at Roseman happened when I walked into my practice site and realized I was working with a team of amazing individuals, each of whom had once been a student in my classroom. At that moment, I had two students completing an APPE rotation, a recent graduate finishing a residency rotation, and two alumni on staff. It was a powerful reminder of how much of an impact we as faculty have on our students, and how truly small the world of pharmacy can be.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors with my husband and our two wonderful children. Depending on the season, you might find us hiking the beautiful Wasatch mountains, camping in the Uinta range, or skiing at Brighton Resort. Utah is an amazing place to live and work, and I feel so fortunate to be part of both the Roseman family and this incredible community.
