(25 points awarded based on written submission to highlight leadership qualities demonstrated including teamwork, ability to nurture others, ability to coalesce differing opinions and agendas, organization, problem solving, inclusiveness, communication skills, project management, ability to galvanize people. Required Response for Scholarship Consideration)
Please provide a 1 ½ minute video (Videos that exceed 1 ½ minutes will not be accepted.) that provides information on how the scholarship will personally impact you, how it will enable you to matriculate to your program of choice, how the funds will be used, and how the gift will impact your personal financial situation. Also, please include how completion of your degree program will enable you to become a healthcare professional. Please provide background on why you wish to be healthcare professional. Applicant financial data supplied through FAFSA will also be considered.
