BIOGRAPHY:
Ms. Caruso is the Director of Operations in Medical Simulation. She joined Roseman University College of Medicine in 2025. She oversees all aspects of operations for medical simulation. Prior to coming to Roseman University she served as the Associate Director in the Office of Simulation in Medicine and Surgery for Rocky Vista University. In this role, Ms. Caruso provided leadership for multiple programs, departments, staff, and faculty across multiple medical school campuses. Ms. Caruso has been recognized at the university level, separately, for Collegiality, Innovation, and Excellence. At a national level, Ms. Caruso has been awarded separately as a Champion and Pioneer in Medical Simulation. She also just reached Doctoral Candidacy in her PhD degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University. She is currently working on research for her dissertation on Organizational Communication and Employee Sense of Belonging in Higher Education.
