BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Keys is currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Faculty and Staff Advancement, where she actively fosters inclusive practices and advocates for opportunity and advancement across all areas of the College of Medicine. Drawing on her expertise in equity, Dr. Keys implements policies and initiatives that promote fairness, access, and ensuring equal opportunities for faculty and staff .

As Assistant Dean, Dr. Keys spearheads the development and implementation of training programs that enhance competency and sensitivity, creating a welcoming environment for all members of the academic community. With a background in allied health, she utilizes her clinical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to engage faculty and staff in meaningful dialogues, promoting understanding, collaboration, and respect among colleagues.

In her role as Assistant Dean of Faculty and Staff Advancement, Dr. Keys persistently strives to create a culture where all members of the academic community feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
