Dr. Reed graduated from the US Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing in 2000, he was deployed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in various special missions units. As a Jonas Foundation Scholar, Dr. Reed earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Duke University. Dr. Reed has served as faculty at several prestigious nurse anesthesia programs, including the Army Nurse Anesthesia Program, the UNC-Greensboro Nurse Anesthesia Program and the University of Arizona Nurse Anesthesia Program.
