Souritya joined Roseman College of Medicine on November 11, 2024, as a data analyst. In this role, he supports the Data Science & Engineering Unit by collecting, cleaning, and analysing research, assessment, and evaluation data. Souritya applies advanced statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to provide insights, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to evidence-based recommendations. Souritya gained significant experience as an Analyst, specialising in data analysis, business intelligence, and process optimisation. He applied SQL and data visualisation tools to analyze complex datasets, uncover trends, and inform strategic decisions. Souritya also contributed to market analysis, customer segmentation, and the development of dashboards that improved data communication and stakeholder engagement. He works significantly in academic settings, including teaching programming, managing student records, and supporting research projects. His expertise in utilising data for actionable insights has consistently led to enhanced operational efficiency and informed decision-making. Sourtiya is proficient in tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, and other analytics platforms. Beyond his professional work, Souritya has been involved with Toastmasters International since his undergraduate days. He has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Membership and Associate Vice President of Public Relations at Fordham University, where he honed his communication and leadership skills, further implementing his analytical and technical expertise.
