The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the university’s academic records, ensuring both accuracy and confidentiality. For the protection of student’s rights, the Registrar’s Office ensures the University’s compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) .

We strive to efficiently manage changes to students’ records, registration of classes, recording of grades,  issuing of transcripts, diplomas, enrollment verifications and graduation verifications. Please note that processing time for all documents is 3 to 5 business days, except during peak periods where processing will be longer. Peak periods are usually before and after summer break, before and after winter break, and after graduations. If you wish to verify if the office is at a peak period, please email registrar@roseman.edu.  For students/alumni that were enrolled/withdrawn/graduated from the ‘Nevada College of Pharmacy’ and/or the ‘University of Southern Nevada’ please note that all documentation issued will be under our current name of ‘Roseman University of Health Sciences’.

Transcript Information

Transcripts outline the student’s full Roseman academic record and are certified by the Registrar’s Office to be complete and accurate. All official transcripts are endorsed by the Registrar.

Roseman University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed by the Registrar’s office.

Order updates are available via mobile text message and will also be emailed to you. You can also track your order at the National Student Clearinghouse using your email address and order number. Please email registrar@roseman.edu if you have any questions.

Enrollment/Graduation Verifications

Roseman University authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to act as our agent for all verifications of student enrollment. The university reports enrollment to the NSC on the 5th of every month and it can take two weeks to 30 days for the information to post.

Lenders can contact the NSC directly and pay a fee for each request (students cannot) to obtain current enrollment information. Roseman University participates in Degree Verify. Third-party agencies can contact NSC directly and pay a fee for each request (students cannot) to obtain graduation information.

Current Students

Any current student can view or print an Enrollment Validation Certificate through MyHub at any time and in real time.

MyHub is a centralized and secure online destination. When accessing MyHub for the first time you will be required to create an account that will validate your authentication. Students can also access transcript ordering links through MyHub’s self-service.

Alumni/ Prior Students

Alumni or prior students can request an enrollment/graduation verification letter by completing the request form. Click Here to Download and Save Form

MyHub might not display any enrollment information if enrollment was before 2019.

Duplicate Diploma/Certificate

The Office of the Registrar oversees the release of University diplomas/certificates. Graduates can request a reissue of a diploma and/or certificate (e.g., name change). The re-issued diploma/certificate will be printed exactly as the original except the current officers’ signatures will appear. Due note a fee is associated with this request. (Currently, we do not offer eDiplomas or PDF copies of diplomas/certificates).

What are the delivery options for transcripts?

  • Electronic Delivery (quickest delivery option)
  • Standard Mail (sent regular USPS to the address requested)

Can I expedite my request (transcript, enrollment/graduation verification, diploma/certificate, contact update)?

  • We do not expedite any request. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days unless it is a peak period.
  • Diploma/Certificate processing time is 2-3 weeks.
  • Final Transcripts are processed within 1 ½ – 2 weeks from the time the college clears you.

Can my request be processed if I have a hold on my account?

  • Transcripts cannot be released for students with outstanding obligations (holds) to the university.
  • Orders where ‘after grades’ or ‘after degree’ is selected are delayed until the requested information is ready.

What if I need someone else to pick up my diploma?

  • Please contact our office at (702) 968-2029 or registrar@roseman.edu for more information on what will be required.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), affords eligible students certain rights with respect to their education records.  (An “eligible student” under FERPA is a student who is 18 years of age or older or who attends a postsecondary institution.)  These rights include:

  1. The right to review and inspect his/her/their own education records. An eligible student has the right to inspect and review the student’s own education records within 45 days after the day Roseman University of Health Sciences (the “University”) receives a request for access. A student should submit a written request to the Registrar that identifies the record(s) the student wishes to inspect. The Registrar will make arrangements for access and notify the student of the time and place where the records may be inspected.
  2. The right to request an amendment of the education record. An eligible student has the right to seek amendment of his/her/their own education records that the student believes is inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise in violation of the student’s privacy rights under FERPA.
  • A student who wishes to ask the university to amend a record should write the school official responsible for the record, clearly identify the part of the record the student wants changed, and specify why it should be changed.
  • The university will, within a reasonable time after receiving the request, decide whether to amend the record as requested.
  • If Roseman University decides not to amend the record as requested, the Registrar will notify the student in writing of (1) the decision, (2) the student’s right to a hearing regarding the request for amendment, and (3) the student’s right to insert in the record a written statement or explanation commenting on the information.
  1. The right to provide written consent before Roseman University of Health Sciences discloses personally identifiable information (PII) from the student’s education records, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent.

The University may disclose education records without a student’s prior written consent when authorized by FERPA, including to university officials whom the University has determined to have legitimate educational interests. A school official includes a person employed by Roseman University in an administrative, supervisory, academic, research, or support staff position (including law enforcement unit personnel and health staff); or a student serving on an official committee, such as a disciplinary or grievance committee. A school official also may include a volunteer or contractor outside of the university who performs an institutional service of function for which the school would otherwise use its own employees and who is under the direct control of the school with respect to the use and maintenance of PII from education records, such as an attorney, auditor, or collection agent. A school official has a legitimate educational interest if the official needs to review an education record in order to fulfill his or her professional responsibilities for the university.

When does FERPA permit disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) without student consent?

FERPA permits the disclosure of PII from students’ education records, without consent of the student, if the disclosure meets certain conditions found in §99.31 of the FERPA regulations.  Except for disclosures to university officials (as defined above), disclosures related to some judicial orders or lawfully issued subpoenas, disclosures of directory information, and disclosures to the student, §99.32 of FERPA regulations requires the institution to log the disclosure.  Eligible students have a right to inspect and review the disclosure logs.

The University may disclose PII from the education records without obtaining prior written consent of an eligible student

    • To officials of another university where the student seeks or intends to enroll, or where the student is already enrolled if the disclosure is for purposes related to the student’s enrollment or transfer, subject to the requirements of §99.34. (§99.31(a)(2))
    • To authorized representatives of the U.S. Comptroller General, the U.S. Attorney General, the U.S. Secretary of Education, or state and local educational authorities, such as a state postsecondary authority that is responsible for supervising the University’s state-supported education programs. Disclosures under this provision may be made, subject to the requirements of §99.35, in connection with an audit or evaluation of federal- or state-supported education programs, or for the enforcement of or compliance with federal legal requirements that relate to those programs. These entities may make further disclosures of PII to outside entities that are designated by them as their authorized representatives to conduct any audit, evaluation, or enforcement or compliance activity on their behalf. (§§99.31(a)(3) and 99.35)
    • In connection with financial aid for which the student has applied or which the student has received, if the information is necessary to determine eligibility for the aid, determine the amount of the aid, determine the conditions of the aid, or enforce the terms and conditions of the aid. (§99.31(a)(4))
    • To certain state and local officials or authorities when authorized by state statute in certain cases.  (§99.31(a)(5))
    • To organizations conducting studies for, or on behalf of, the University, in order to:  (a) develop, validate, or administer predictive tests; (b) administer student aid programs; or (c) improve instruction.  (§99.31(a)(6))
    • To accrediting organizations to carry out their accrediting functions.  (§99.31(a)(7))
    • To parents of an eligible student if the student is a dependent for IRS tax purposes.  (§99.31(a)(8))
    • To comply with a judicial order or lawfully issued subpoena.  (§99.31(a)(9))
    • To appropriate officials in connection with a health or safety emergency, subject to §99.36.  (§99.31(a)(10))
    • When it is information the University has designated as “directory information” under §99.37 (see section on Requests to Restrict Directory Information).  (§99.31(a)(11))
  • To a victim of an alleged perpetrator of a crime of violence or a non-forcible sex offense, subject to the requirements of §99.39.  The disclosure may only include the final results of the disciplinary proceeding with respect to that alleged crime or offense, regardless of the finding.  (§99.31(a)(13))
  • To the general public, the final results of a disciplinary proceeding, subject to the requirements of §99.39, if the University determines the student is an alleged perpetrator of a crime of violence or non-forcible sex offense and the student has committed a violation of the University’s rules or policies with respect to the allegation made against him/her/them. (§99.31(a)(14))
  • To parents of a student regarding the student’s violation of any federal, state, or local law, or of any rule or policy of the University, governing the use or possession of alcohol or a controlled substance if the University determines the student committed a disciplinary violation and the student is under the age of 21. (§99.31(a)(15))
  • The disclosure concerns sex offenders and other individuals required to register under section 17010 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.

Requests to Restrict Directory Information

While attending Roseman University, students may request to restrict all or parts of their Directory Information except to university officials with a legitimate educational interest, as outlined above. To restrict the release of directory information, students must complete a FERPA Written Consent/Waiver Form (located in the forms section of this page) and submit it to the Registrar’s office.
Note: If a student restricts the release of directory information, a note will be placed on the student’s record and no information will be released without written consent of the student. The waiver remains in effect until rescinded by the student, even after graduation. Students are advised to consider carefully the consequences of any decision made regarding the withholding of any category of directory information. In such a case, problems may occur thereafter when potential employers or other parties make inquiries about the student.

  • Roseman will honor the student’s request to withhold all categories of information designated by Roseman as directory information but will not assume responsibility for contacting the student for subsequent permission to release them.
